Since Oct. 2010,
Prof. Michael Hanke
is the new Chair in Finance at the Institute of Financial Services. Prof. Hanke and
his team
work in a number of areas in quantitative finance (financial engineering, derivatives, portfolio management, asset allocation, risk management), empirical finance and neighbouring areas in behavioural finance.
These topics are covered in courses within the bachelor programs

Banking and Financial Management

and in various
executive education programs
.
Research projects currently focus on the following topics:
Life-cycle Asset Allocation, Demand-Side Pricing of Structured Products, Inflation Measurement and Forecasting, (Quantitative) Behavioural Finance and Portfolio Management. In our areas of expertise, we are open for cooperations and transfer projects with market participants in Liechtenstein.
