Symposium: Responsible Property Development
The Responsible Property Development Program is an ongoing and annual effort to teach and research in the development of sustainable and renewable urban development programs, projects, finance models and management tools.

We are now involved in the teaching of our regular coursework programs , and are preparing the international Responsible Property Development symposium in 2010. Please contact Ulrike Sprenger .

Chair of RPD Symposium 2009 organising group: Prof. DI MAAS Peter Droege
Professor of Urban Design and Planning (UrbanSCAPE), Hochschule Liechtenstein; World Council for Renewable Energy: Author, The Renewable City

Program supported by the Lorenz and Laura Reibling Family Foundation, Boston

Below please find the 2008 program:

This Symposium presents new and important real estate and property strategies to achieve sustainable development. It will convey fundamental insight into the world of real estate development and finance , and introduce ways of dramatically reducing the ecological footprint of development, lowering energy risks, helping stabilize the global climate - and, in doing so, improving the durability and financial performance of projects.
