The consecutive Master’s degree programmes build on Bachelor’s degree programmes at Undergraduate Studies and take skills and contents into further depth. Study programmes are close to practice and ensure professional qualification. On the other hand, a strong research-orientation opens up academic opportunities. The course load amounts to 120 ECTS credits. Programmes typically last four semesters.

MSc - Master of Science
The Master’s degree programmes at the Graduate School are assigned to specific institutes and the four research areas of the University Liechtenstein. As consecutive programmes, contents build directly on Bachelor’s degrees with specifications in the respective area. The Undergraduate Studies at University of Liechtenstein offers a variety of specialisations. At the same time, the Graduate School orients towards international standards and promotes international research and practice.
Developing decision-making skills and responsibility
Master’s students acquire a combination of interdisciplinary decision-making skills and in-depth technical knowledge that prepares them well for the dynamic labour market. Depth of knowledge and skills acquired in the MSc programmes provide the opportunity to continue studies at PhD level. Master’s and Doctoral degree programmes are combined under the single institutional roof of the Graduate School.
Accreditation ensures and affirms quality
Master’s degree programmes were internationally accredited in 2008. The degree programmes in Business Economics were accredited by the FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation). The Master’s degree programme in Architecture was also accredited with an AQAS certificate (Agency for Quality Assurance through the Accreditation of Study Programmes).
