Domestic Services
Our modern infrastructure provides all students, instructors, guests and staff with a wide range of technical devices and equipment, flexible internal facilities and a multitude of aids for events. Domestic Services’ principal duty is the allocation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the above. Should you have questions regarding technology, internal facilities or other aids or require assistance with the technical facilities during an event in the auditorium, we are happy to be of service. We are also your contact for security, trash disposal or transportation matters on campus.

Availability and area of responsibility for Domestic Services staff members is as follows:

Friday 7:00 – 11:30 a.m. / absent in the afternoon

  • Acquisition of furniture, devices, equipment and aids
  • Maintenance and repair of furniture, devices and equipment
  • Assistance with questions on technology, buildings, cleaning, internal facilities, trash disposal, etc.
  • Supervision of locking systems and signage
  • Request for and supervision of workers
  • Management of renovations, modifications and construction projects
  • Contact for security, surveillance and fire brigade

Absent staff members’ duties are assumed by other employees.

As a rule, no Domestic Services personnel are available on Sundays and holidays. One employee is available for a few hours on Saturday morning as required.
