Roger Baumann Director, Head Business Development & Sustainability, Credit Suisse AG

The referee Roger Baumann (*1971) has been working for Credit Suisse since 2005. As Director he is head of Business Development within the department Real Estate Asset Management. His main area of responsibility is the management of several new project and product initiatives. The most recent initiative was to ensure a successful launch and implementation of the first sustainable real estate fund in Switzerland. The fund‘s investment strategy is monitored by the sustainable rating system and quality seal „greenproperty“ which is the first green building label in Switzerland covering all aspects of sustainability.
