Erasmus-Partneruniversität zu unterrichten oder in die Verwaltung einer unserer Partneruniversitäten hineinzuschnuppern. Für den Aufenthalt kann beim
International Office ein Stipendium für die Reise- und Aufenthaltskosten beantragt werden:
generelle Informationen. Der Auslandsaufenthalt bedarf einer Bewilligung durch den direkten Vorgesetzten, zudem sollte ein Weiterbildungsantrag ausgefüllt werden.
Der
Antrag auf Dozenten- bzw. Personalmobilität muss
spätestens einen Monat vor Beginn des Auslandsaufenthaltes beim International Office abgegeben werden.
Dozierende des Fachbereichs Architektur werden gebeten, den gewünschten Aufenthalt im Vorfeld mit
Prof. Urs Meister abzustimmen.
Staff Mobility Huelva, 6th - 9th May 2013
Our dates for our International Meeting are from the 6th to the 9th of May, 2013. If you or any of your colleauges would like to carry out Staff Training for Teaching Assignment or Staff Mobility for Training within the Erasmus Programme in Huelva this academic year while enjoying some programmed work and social activities and meeting International counterparts, could you please return a completed application form making clear which type of mobilty you will be carrying out?
We will provide a training programme for International Office staff and for Librarians. This year we will be limiting our numbers and will accept applications on a first come first served basis with a limited number per University and per country to favour diversity. Our deadlines are 10/2/2013 for Librarian applications and the 01/3/2013 for Teaching Staff applications and International Office applications. Those applying for Staff Mobility for Teaching Assignment should be aware that they may not receive complete information about their teaching hours and content until mid April.
Our Office will confirm acceptance of visitors for the librarian Programme by the 1st of March, for International Office Staff as soon as possible after receiving the application and for Teaching Mobility applications when the Huelva coordinator has approved the visitor's teaching programme.

Staff Mobility Barcelona, 6th - 10th May 2013
The Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona is pleased to announce its ERASMUS STAFF WEEK (ESW), to be held in May 2013, between 6th and 10th. Period for applications to that event is now open, until January, 25.
The Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona organizes since 2007/08 the Erasmus Staff Week (ESW), addressed to all these staff members from partner Universities interested in knowing the UAB and its way of working as a public university from an international perspective. We can host a maximum of 25 participants. Please, be aware that we can allow a maximum 1 (one) representative from each institution and 2 (two) representatives per country.
We highly encourage the staff interested in visiting the UAB within the Training Staff action of the Erasmus programme to join our Erasmus Staff Week.
On line Application Form The deadline to submit on line application forms is January, 25. Confirmation of selected and non-selected participants by mail, on January, 31st.

Staff Mobility Ferrara, Italy, 20th - 24th May 2013
Our initiative should be oriented to 2 main kinds of participants and will focus on the following themes:
- Library services (max. 20 participants)
- International office activities (max. 20 participants)
As well as offering a general framework programme for all of you, we would also like to offer you the chance to be involved in an enriching international and intercultural learning experience within your specific field of work.
Therefore you’ll have to select one of the two focus groups (Library, International Office), in which you will have the chance to discuss particular subjects. Please note that if the number of participants to one focus group exceeds the limit, the International Office will have to decide how to balance the groups.
Furthermore, we invite all participants to prepare a presentation about a specific successful practice to be shared during the Staff Week.

Staff Mobility Lappeenranta, 3th - 7th June 2013
Greetings from Lappeenranta University of Technology, Finland! We're pleased to invite you or your colleague to our first Erasmus Staff training week that will be held in June 3-7, 2013.
Come and join us and experience the Finnish summer at first hand!
The theme for the week is “Sustainability in higher education” and the target group is international office staff (central/departmental level).
The training deals e.g. with:
- How’s life in Finland? Learn more about the Finns and the Finnish language
- Mobility practices at international offices
- Mobility to and from Russia
- Cooperation with Russian universities
- Benchmarking of best practices
- Green Campus at LUT – sustainability in practice
- Be a chemist or a welder – experience LUT laboratories in action

The Erasmus Staff Training week is interactive and based on workshops, so the maximum number of participants is limited to 25 (max 2 participants per university). The working language is English.
Additionally, if you like, you can participate in a self-financed weekend trip to St. Petersburg after the training week (June 7-9, 2013). The estimated cost is about 350 euros + visa costs.
Funding: Erasmus staff mobility funding can be used for the training – please check the availability of Erasmus funding at your own university.
Participation costs: LUT offers the programme as well as the meals included in the programme. The participants themselves are responsible for the travel and accommodation costs and the St. Petersburg trip.
