The Human Resources Department is responsible for handling all human resources issues. In this respect, it is the contact point for all employees and the interface for the Office of Human and Administrative Resources. Included in the department responsibilities are:
- Supporting the institutes, affiliated institutes, academic areas and other offices for the planning of human resources requirements
- Producing job postings in consultation with the responsible decision makers
- Introducing new employees together with their mentors
- Developing and supervising training or further education measures
- Administering human resources data
- Further developing “human resources processes”
- Developing / creating the “employee folder” for full-time employees
