Application Form

MAS in Business Administration and Engineering

Philosophy
Graduates from technical courses have a good level of knowledge and well-developed abilities in their subject area.
However, to assume management functions additional competencies are required. People need to be managed and the company needs to be designed and controlled as a whole. The course in Business Administration and Engineering relays the necessary social and business-management competencies and enables participants to implement these in the real world. It thus creates the foundation for successful professional development.

Educational Goal
The programme prepares the students in an interdisciplinary management programme to assume leadership functions. The students deal with the main issues facing senior management and tackle business problems in case studies by means of integrated concepts of corporate management. They learn how to assess the development of enterprises in an economic, legal, political, social and ecological environment and how to determine the consequences of their actions. As managers, graduates will have the skills to play an instrumental role in shaping and steering their enterprise.
