From 21 to 22 November 2011, the Process Management (PzM) Summit took place in Vienna. Professor Jan vom Brocke, who holds the Hilti Chair of Business Process Management, was the event’s keynote speaker.  In his speech, he outlined the six factors that contribute to the successful implementation of process management.

From 21 to 22 November 2011, the Process Management (PzM) Summit took place in Vienna. Professor Jan vom Brocke, who holds the Hilti Chair of Business Process Management, was the event’s keynotespeaker.  In his speech, he outlined the six factors that contribute to the successful implementation of process management.

The two-day conference has now been held for the ninth time. It is organized by the Society for Process Management (GP) and is the largest cross-industry event on process management in the German-speaking area. The programme was centred around 11 whole-day expert seminars and 20 speeches on best practice. The event’s aim is to offer its participants insight into the latest trends in state-of-the-art process management.
