Peter Droege is initiator of and welcoming speaker at the International Forum on the Renewable City – City Energy: Innovations in Architecture, Planning and Landscape, 10-11 July 2014 - a co-production of the French Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, and the Ministry of Culture and Communications, with EUROSOLAR and the World Council for Renewable Energy.

Prof. Peter Droege is a member of the Jury for Urban Design, Transportation and Affordability together with Pierre Veltz und Paola Vigano in the Europe-wide competition of university teams for the best renewable energy powered house or urban solution, outgrowth of the global contest commenced in the United States in 2002.
