On Thursday, 6 June 2013, from 5 p.m., the Institute for Financial Services will be hosting an information event on the Certificate of Advanced Studies in National and International Taxation at the University of Liechtenstein. The programme will recommence in September 2013.

The Certificate of Advanced Studies programme is aimed at representatives of enterprises, banks, insurance companies and administrative authorities as well as tax advisors, trustees and consultants who wish to obtain an additional qualification in national and international taxation as well as international tax planning.

In the scope of the information evening, interested parties can gain first-hand information on the content, procedure and admission requirements of the programme and talk to graduates Clemens Laternser, LL. M., and Max Gross. In addition, Prof. Dr. Martin Wenz, the programme’s Academic Director, and Dipl.-Kffr. Anja Gierhake, LL.M., the Executive Director, will be happy to provide personal advice.

Interactive and practice-oriented

The Certificate of Advanced Studies programme seeks to impart basic knowledge of national, international and European taxation as well as international tax planning in relation to asset structures, insurance and financial instruments. The programme’s graduates will have gained fundamental knowledge of the various tax systems and their interaction, as well as the particular aspects of international tax planning. The programme’s curriculum comprises interactive lectures, where topics are visualized and analysed on the basis of practice-oriented case studies.
