The book presents on more than 1,500 pages the state-of-the-art of research in BPM and shows what companies need to consider in order to anchor BPM expertise in the organization. Compared to other contributions, the book is particularly characterized by the holistic BPM approach, which not only takes "IT" and "Modeling", but also factors such as "Strategic Alignment", "Governance", "People" and "Culture" into account.
