Marie Scheuffele, Niels Fetkenheuer and Prof. Dr. Leo Brecht from the Chair of Technology and Innovation received the Dick Marsh Award for their conference paper "An Attempt at Data-Driven Validation of Early-Stage Technology Trends" at ISPIM Connects Porto Alegre in Brazil. The award recognizes the conference paper for best illustrating the influence of innovation management among all the research papers submitted.

The University of Liechtenstein, the Private University in the Principality of Liechtenstein (UFL) and the Liechtenstein Institute together form the Liechtenstein University Network. All three institutions conduct scientific research with very different focuses. On March 27, 2024, the three institutions presented themselves to the interested public for the second time as part of a joint event with a panel discussion, poster exhibition and science slam at the UFL in Triesen.
US Ambassador Scott C. Miller and 22 of his staff from Bern visited Liechtenstein for a two-day stay to set up a pop-up embassy. During their stay, they visited various institutions in the country, including the University of Liechtenstein.

Anna Heringer will teach again at the School of Architecture starting from the summer semester of 2024. She has been intermittently teaching as a lecturer for design at the university since the summer semester of 2019, and now, following a successful selection process, she has been appointed as a practical professor for two semesters.
