The demands placed on lawyers, trustees, financial auditors, judges and public prosecutors, but also on legal staff in business and administrative sectors are constantly growing. The discussion of relevant current case law is therefore essential for practitioners in legal environments.
The speaker of the day will deal with the practical implications of current case law in enforcement matters.
The discussion will include decisions on the certainty of an enforceable title, the prohibition on introducing new fact during the enforcement proceedings and the legal standing to appeal of the parties concerned.
Furthermore, the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and the legal effect of enforcement orders concerning foreign insolvencies, both of which are increasingly affecting practitioners in Principality, will be discussed.
A further focal point of the lecture will be enforcement orders regarding property rights.
Target Audience
Lawyers, trustees, financial auditors, employees working in the legal departments of administrative bodies and in the financial centre, and any other people interested in current case law.
