The 33rd Jurisdiction Symposium is dedicated to the current case law in procedural matters. As focus is primarily placed on issues of substantive law, procedural law often appears to concern lawyers question of the procedural law Lawyers often seems to affect lawyers only secondarily. However, it is precisely the correct planning of procedural steps or remedies which often has decisive influence on the outcome of a civil action. We are greatly pleased and honoured to announce that the President of the Supreme Court, Prof Dr Hubertus Schumacher, Professor of Civil Procedure Law, University of Innsbruck, will give this lecture. The President of the Supreme Court will present and explain procedural law decisions from the Supreme Court's case law in recent months.

Target Audience

Lawyers, trustees, chartered accountants, legal staff in civil service and in the financial sector as well as any people interested in current case law.
