At the 32nd Jurisdiction Symposium, taking place on 24 March 2015, our speaker of the day, Dr. Dieter Santner, President of the Chamber at the Princely Court of Appeal, will use this lecture to focus on insolvency laws and provide participants with an overview of the case law in insolvency matters of recent years. Another focal point of his lecture will be the issues arising in connection with requests from foreign courts for legal assistance in insolvency matters, in particular with regard to the transfer of assets. In addition, aspects of insolvency law relating to legal aid for legal entities will be discussed in detail. Based on the current legal situation, the speaker will highlight the areas in which insolvency law is currently in need of reform.

Lawyers, trustees, chartered accountants, legal staff in civil service and in the financial sector as well as any people interested in current case law.
