Aviation is a truly global business. An Aircraft is a real asset that is mobile and global-ly transferrable. The financing of an aircraft, and the subsequent leasing to an airline is a familiar “sale and lease-back” structure. Aircraft leasing is a mature business that can give stable, predictable and long term cashflows.
The presentation focuses on all aspects of an aviation investment: Global market dynamics & trends, aircraft as security, high level of regulation, performance drivers and core risks etc.

KGAL Group is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. KGAL is a leading Munich based independent asset manager with €22,7bln AUM, 350 employees and a long-term track record in Real Assets: Real Estate (since 1968), Renewable Energy (Pioneer in Europe since 2003) and Aviation (since 1979).
