Learning Outcomes

  • They are familiar with the various insurance products and forms
  • They have at their disposal comprehensive and integrated knowledge of occupational pensions, pension funds and life insurance and can describe the limits of each product
  • They are able to apply insurance mathematical methods for pension funds supplying examples
  • They are able to compare and critically evaluate on a case-by-case basis the advantages and disadvantages of the Liechtenstein life insurance and pension fund location with other markets
  • They have at their command the detailed knowledge and the critical understanding necessary to outline the role of life insurance in the case of estate planning
  • They master the methodical procedures to bring to bear on tax aspects in the complex area of pension plan decisions
