Prof. Dr. oec. publ. Antoinette Weibel

Tätigkeit
Antoinette Weibel habilitierte sich 2008 an der Universität Zürich mit einer Schrift zum Thema "Governing Voluntary Work Behaviors". Sie schrieb eine Dissertation zum Thema "Kooperation in strategischen Wissensnetzwerken. Vertrauen und Kontrolle zur Lösung des sozialen Dilemmas". Antoinette Weibel war als Assistentin und Oberassistentin am Lehrstuhl Organisation, Technologie- und Innovationsmanagement von Frau Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Margit Osterloh an der Universität Zürich tätig bis sie dem Ruf der Hochschule Liechtenstein auf den Lehrstuhl für Management folgte, den sie bis zum 30.09.2010 inne hatte. Ab dem 03.05.2010 lehrte und forschte sie gleichzeitig am Lehrstuhl für Personal, Führung und Entscheidung im öffentlichen Sektor der deutschen Hochschule für Verwaltung in Speyer, bevor sie zum 01.10.2010 den Ruf auf die W3-Professur für Verwaltungswissenschaft, insbesondere Managementlehre der Universität Konstanz angenommen hat. Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Motivation, Vertrauen, organisationale Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Kontrolle.
