- Andrea Harr ist wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Hilti Lehrstuhl für Business Process Management von Prof. Dr. Jan vom Brocke. Ihr Forschungsschwerpunkt liegt in den Bereichen Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Knowledge Management und Business Process Management (BPM) und sie ist Mitarbeiterin am Competence Center ECM. Andrea sammelte bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in Europa und den USA in den Bereichen Business Process Management, Controlling und IT.
