Insurance has long been a popular form of investment, which - alongside foundations and trusts - has made a name for itself in the field of private wealth management. At the 17th Jurisdiction Symposium, recent case law on matters of private insurance, with special emphasis on life assurance, will be discussed in detail. The speakers - Prof. Helmut Heiss and Dr. Ulrike Mönnich - are internationally renowned experts in this area of insurance contract law. They will provide participants with a comprehensive picture of the current state of case law on insurance law as well as the opportunities present and hurdles faced in practice.
