M&A involves a complicated process that touches a number of different topics such as strategic considerations (does it make sense to buy a certain company), financial, tax and legal aspects. Moreover, a transaction is done by a team of different experts, for instance, financial, tax, legal and sometimes other experts such as environmental specialists. This team needs to be coordinated. Mr. Abou el Maati will be presenting the entire deal cycle from the reasons for a sale to different valuation methods to the transaction structure and will also touch tax and legal aspects as well as pitfalls of Mergers and Acquisitions. Furthermore, the presentation will include the current state of the environment, which influences amongst other things the valuation and the financing.
