What changes - and how companies can prepare

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) concerns every company which in any way records or processes personal data. Companies based outside the EU must also follow the GDPR if they want to provide goods or services within the EU. All companies must, therefore, review and, if necessary, adapt their data protection framework. The speakers will be explaining the new features of the GDPR and answering questions related to it.

Target Audience

The conference welcomes data protection officers in banks, insurance companies, funds and other financial service providers, lawyers, trustees, auditors and employees of the administration as well as those of trade and industrial companies, who deal in their daily professional life, currently or in the future, with personal data and who would like to get practical information about the developments in data protection law and the relevance of data protection for the company.
