This university course is aimed at prospective chartered accountants, in order to convey to them contents specific to Liechtenstein, which are required in preparation for the Liechtenstein examination for chartered accountants for the purposes of the Regulation of 3 October 1995 governing the entrance examinations for chartered accountants (Examinations Regulation). You will gain the knowledge required over 2 x 2 course days in the following fields:
> Liechtenstein Company Law
(introduction, partnerships, public limited companies, private limited companies, foundations, establishments and trusts)
> Property law
> Law governing commercial registration and commercial law
> Tax law
> Fiscal law
> Bookkeeping and accounting provisions
> Rule governing the professional conduct of chartered accountants
Target Audience
prospective chartered accountants, especially those with a foreign diploma certificate
