Description

Company:
CFP Corporate Finance Partners Business Consulting AG, Triesen
Wolfgang Schmid, (CEO)

Project Goals:
The overall goal of this project is the development of a knowledge platform for SME
financing.
With this project, the interacting between financing and growth has to be illustrated. How
can finance decision making support innovation and growth of a company? Innovation and
growth could be managed internally or from outside. Outside, that would be a spin-off or the
use or the acquisition of an outside company. How to design incentives for employees or
outside companies to develop innovations? The traditional organizational structure is acting
as a brake for development of innovation, what is needed is self-fulfilment, creativity, and
flexibility.
What does all this mean for an incentive-efficient financing structure?
