Individual Career Coaching

Not only at the end of their study time but from the third semester onwards, students should start thinking about their future career options. The University of Liechtenstein offers students the opportunity for an individual career coaching in order to elevate their personals strengths and provide them a head start for their professional career.

The career coaching will prepare students to ask the right questions during interviews and assessment centres, which will ultimately support them in their quest for finding a job or internship that meets their personal profile and interests.

Students interested in a coaching can sign up for one of the dates mentioned above.

Duration of a coaching: app. 60 minutes
Location: University of Liechtenstein
Costs: CHF 180.- (the first appointment is financially supported by the career:service and costs only CHF 50.- per student)

Coaching sessions can be conducted in English and German.

Manuela Widera is business economist (FH) and a certified coach. After a banking apprenticeship she studied Business Administration at the HTW Chur. She then continued her education in communication, conflict management and personal development and completed a solution-oriented coaching training.
With her company Soluzions - Solutions, she has been accompanying companies, managers, teams and individuals for several years with regards to optimization of cooperation and dealing with change. She especially focuses on the discovery and development of personal energy expertise. Manuela Widera has worked as a human resoruces manager in various compnanies for several years and is a lecturer for Human Resource Management at HTW Chur. She also is a memeber of SOLWorld, an international association of solution-oriented coaches.
