The speakers, Professor Helmut Heiss and Dr. Ulrike Mönnich, are internationally renowned experts in the area of insurance contract law. They will provide the participants with a comprehensive illustration of the current state of case law in relation to insurance law, as well as of opportunities present and hurdles faced in practice. Dr. Ulrike Mönnich works as an attorney-at-law for gbf Attorneys-at-law in Zurich, and Professor Helmut Heiss is a professor at the University of Zurich’s Institute of Law.

Ebke, Director of the Institute for German and European Company and Commercial Law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität in Heidelberg, will talk about recent case law regarding auditors’ liability in Liechtenstein and Europe.
