Heads of state of German-speaking countries visit the University of Liechtenstein

On September 13, 2022, the heads of state of the German-speaking countries visited the University of Liechtenstein. University Council President Dr. Klaus Tschütscher welcomed the heads of state of Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland as well as the hereditary prince and princess.

As part of their visit, Prof. Dr. Marc Gottschald, Director of the Center for Philanthropy at the University of Liechtenstein, gave a lecture on the topic of "Philanthropy and the Community - Framework Conditions for Efficient Cooperation between Politics, Business and Philanthropists".
Dr. Daniel Thelesklaf, Project Director of the Finance against Slavery and Trafficking (FAST) initiative, then explained the purpose of this UN initiative, which is aimed at combating global human trafficking. The heads of state then discussed both topics with the speakers.
