The 2012 summer semester’s second forum providing the opportunity for the exchange of teaching and learning experiences will be held on 19 June 2012. Rector Klaus Näscher will kick off the event with a keynote speech on the topic of “Strategies and didactics”.

Three times per semester, the Unit for Teaching, Learning and Applied Linguistics provides the lecturers at the University of Liechtenstein with the opportunity to exchange experiences with their colleagues from all subject areas. The “Exchange of experiences in teaching and learning” has been designed as an open forum involving moderated discussions about teaching and learning methods at the University of Liechtenstein. The keynote speeches, which are at the centre of these continuing education events, form the starting point for discussions of the lecturers’ own practical teaching experiences. The analysis of practical examples and good teaching methods actively increases the development of the lecturers’ didactic scope.

On Tuesday, 19 June 2012, Rector Klaus Näscher will be delivering a keynote speech on the topic of “Strategy and didactics” as a basis for the subsequent discussion. The “Exchange of experiences in teaching and learning” will take place in seminar room 5, from 12 noon to 1.30 p.m., and is open to all interested lecturers of the University of Liechtenstein.
