The University of Liechtenstein complies with Swiss quality standards, provides outstanding supervision by European standards and has excellent international connections. On Saturday, 23 February 2013, the University of Liechtenstein campus will open to the public and provide information about the opportunities on offer in connection with Bachelor’s, Master’s and doctoral degree programmes and the varied continuing education programme.

The Information Day is an ideal platform for high-school graduates, students and people in work to obtain an overview of the different programmes and continuing education possibilities first-hand. In addition to information about the Bachelor’s degree programmes in Business Administration and in Architecture and Planning, the Master’s degree programmes in Entrepreneurship, Banking and Financial Management, IT and Business Process Management and Architecture will also be presented, as will the two doctoral degree programmes in Business Economics and Architecture and Planning.

Trial lectures – first-hand information
Trial lectures will be held on current issues in lecture room 1. Topics will include demographic change and the challenges for international management. Facebook, Google and Twitter will be discussed, as will career prospects for graduates. Interested parties can ask specific questions about studying and degree programmes as part of personal conversations with professors and lecturers, and direct contact with students will offer visitors the chance to pick up valuable feedback and tips from daily campus life.

A focus on continuing education
The Information Day is also suitable for those who are interested in extending their professional knowledge or are looking for a new professional challenge. Continuing education programmes are offered in the specialist areas belonging to the university’s core areas of expertise: financial services, entrepreneurship, information systems and architecture and planning.

On 23 February, student social media reporters will be roaming the campus to report live on the Information Day. Their experiences can be tracked live on the social media channels of the University of Liechtenstein: on Facebook, Twitter (@uni_li and #unili), YouTube and Foursquare.
