At a festive awards ceremony on 16 February 2012, 21 participants in the continuing education programme in National and International Taxation celebrated their successful graduation.

The participants in the second continuing education programme in National and International Taxation, which was carried out in cooperation with VP Bank and the Chair for Tax Management and the Laws of Liechtenstein and International Taxation, were presented with their certificates for their successful graduation on 16 February 2012.

In his congratulatory speech, Roger H. Hartmann, CEO of VP Bank, emphasized the necessity of lifelong continuing education. For people who are active in the financial services industry in Europe, fundamental knowledge of national and international taxation is a necessity nowadays in order to provide client-oriented consulting services, and thus a key component to success. In view of the increasingly complex economic intertwining and relationships among internationally active companies and private individuals who are invested internationally through asset structures in financial instruments, high demands are placed on the individuals who work in the financial services industry in general, and the area of private wealth management in particular.

The University of Liechtenstein would like to warmly congratulate the graduates and wishes them all the best for their continued professional career!
