For the fifth time, the University of Liechtenstein’s students’ representatives are organizing a semester party at the Krempel. Smith & Smart, RockRainer and Studio 94 will be performing at the party on Friday, 9 March 2012.
For the fifth time, the University of Liechtenstein’s students’ representatives are organizing a semester party at the Krempel. Smith & Smart, RockRainer and Studio 94 will be performing at the party on Friday, 9 March 2012.
The Krempel University project is an initiative of the University of Liechtenstein’s students’ representatives (ULSV), whose parties fill the Krempel with an average of 550 people from Liechtenstein, Vorarlberg and Switzerland. The party on 9 March 2012 starts at 9 p.m. (18+). Tickets can be purchased in advance at the travel agency in Buchs or at www.starticket.ch. The admission fee is CHF 15.00 (box office and advance sales). For students with a valid student card, the admission fee is only CHF 10.00.
Cross-border networking
This year, another partner has joined the successful cooperation with the Krempel: Verein 94, a group of young people from Liechtenstein, organizes parties, concerts and events of all kinds. The striking layout and the PR concept were designed by Schaub Stierli Fotografie, Studio A and Hubertus Design from Switzerland, who were also responsible for the design of the well-known Krempel star.
Smith & Smart supported by RockRainer and Studio 94
Two samplers, two turntables, two mics, two dudes, and various moods make up Smith & Smart, or Schmied & Gschied, as they are also known in Switzerland. The two producers and DJs from Berlin will be shaking the Krempel’s foundations with breaks, hip hop, mashups and electroclash on 9 March. The 1980s action-film band RockRainer is made up of seven musicians from Freiburg and Berlin, whose varying compositions turn every party into an action film. They use sound elements from the past to create their own mix of electronic “fairground” music. The Liechtenstein guys from Studio 94 will also be celebrating the start of the semester with dance music.
