Liechtenstein contributing to International Workshop on Euro-Financial-Crisis

The University of Potsdam in Germany is hosting the International Workshop „The Euro-Financial-Crisis: Impacts on Banking, Capital Markets and Regulation“. The University of Liechtenstein is represented with a contribution of Prof. Dr. Marco Menichetti.


On July 20-21, the University of Potsdam in Germany is hosting the International Workshop  „The Euro-Financial-Crisis: Impacts on Banking, Capital Markets and Regulation“.  Numerous financial sector experts from universities and institutions from China, Russia, the US and the German speaking countries will discuss reasons, implications and solutions of the current financial crisis. The intention of the host, Prof. Dr. Detlev Hummel from the University of Potsdam, is to exchange the different perspectives depending on the researchers country of origin. This should lead to a better understanding of the situation and could help to find internationally acceptable solutions for the current financial crisis. 

The University of Liechtenstein is represented with a contribution of Prof. Dr. Marco Menichetti. He is analyzing the implication of the current financial crisis on asset management decisions of Chinese and Russian investors and proposing fundamental solutions.
