The field of insurance brokerage has been subject to important supervisory changes in the last few years. The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA), the Liechtenstein Insurance Brokers Association (LIBA) and the University of Liechtenstein have formed a working group in order to regularly address current topics and developments in the scope of the Insurance Broker Forum. The next forum for interested parties from the insurance industry will be held on Wednesday, 25 April 2012, from 1.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., in the University of Liechtenstein’s auditorium. The event has been specially designed for insurance brokers and is recognized as an appropriate continuing education programme as defined in Article 2 Paragraph 5 of the Insurance Broker Ordinance (VersVermV). In addition, it serves as a platform for knowledge transfer and offers opportunities for the exchange of experiences. Please register at www.uni.li by 11 April 2012.
