Professor Martin Wenz speaks at the LCCI members’ kick-off event in Triesen


At the Liechtenstein Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) members’ kick-off event on 14 March 2011 in Triesen, Professor Martin Wenz spoke on the subject “New tax law/tax cooperation”.

At the Liechtenstein Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) members’ kick-off event on 14 March 2011 in Triesen, Professor Martin Wenz spoke on the subject “New tax law/tax cooperation”. Here he introduced the basic ideas and guidelines behind the tax reform, as well as its mission statement, strategy and concept, paying particular attention to the taxation of legal entities. He also expounded on the competitiveness of corporate taxation as well as the international compatibility of the tax system in Liechtenstein. To close, Professor Martin Wenz gave an overview of the Liechtenstein Convention Policy.

Also speaking at the LCCI members’ kick-off event were Marco Felder, Director, and Bernhard Büchel, Deputy Director of the Liechtenstein Tax Administration, and Dr. Irene Salvi, Head of the International Department of the Liechtenstein Tax Administration. The speakers would like to thank the organizers for the warm welcome, and the participants for the lively exchange of ideas.
