This theme night is the first in a series of theme nights regarding tax procedural law in the four German-speaking tax jurisdictions Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Dr. Natalie Peter presented the procedural law using practice-oriented case studies and, in a lively exchange with the students, discussed the problems involved and the current case law.
