Participants

  • get an overview on central concepts and methods of cultural and literary studies
  • get detailed insights in the history and concepts of SF as an exemplary genre of popular culture
  • are able to apply basic methods for literary and film analysis
  • are able to analyze and to contextualize SF works in social and cultural discourses
