Successful start to the 16th Hilti Fellowship Programme

The Hilti Fellowship Programme started for the sixteenth time in September, with two new Fellows.

Karin Fritz from Austria and Emin Yasasin from Germany will be part of an international project team at Hilti for one semester, while at the same time attending seminars on the master’s degree course in Information Systems at the University’s Institute of Information Systems.

The new Fellows were successful in a competitive application process involving more than 20 applicants from countries all over Europe. As from the start of September the Hilti Fellows had already started working at the Hilti company, while also taking the master’s degree course in Information Systems. The particular attraction of this programme lies in the possibility it offers of acquiring practical experience at an internationally active company, while at the same time completing a full semester of study at the University of Liechtenstein. Those involved in the programme spend Monday to Wednesday as members of a project team at the Hilti company; from Thursday to Saturday their master’s degree courses at the Institute of Information Systems feature on the agenda.
