In 2017, the University of Liechtenstein has successfully conducted the Green Summit with the focus on sustainability in society, politics, the economy, and especially finance. Last year’s presentation and discussion about sustainable investing & finance, led by the University of Liechtenstein, will again take place and we would be happy to have you here.

Call for Papers

With our Call for Papers we invite research oriented scholars at universities (PhD students, lecturers, professors etc.) as well as academically interested persons working in businesses, consulting firms, associations, market authorities etc. to contribute with papers on sustainable issues in banking & finance. Analytical, theoretical, and empirical papers are welcome. As an example, topics could be on sustainable investing & finance, ESG related finance, (social) Impact Investing, renewable energy finance etc.

 

Advantages of a contribution to the Green Summit at Vaduz

  • Each paper will be discussed by two persons (by a researcher as well as by a business leader);
  • Opportunities to discuss with financial services practitioners;
  • Besides banking & finance, you will also get insights from other disciplines;
  • Valuable networking opportunities.

 

Submission:Papers including an abstract and your contact details should be submitted to greensummit@uni.li (referenced as “Call for Papers”). Papers will be double-blind reviewed by a distinguished referee panel.
Awards:

Best Paper Award (VP Bank AG, CHF 2.000) and
Impact Award (LIFE Climate Foundation Liechtenstein, CHF 2.000).
A referee panel will appoint the awards.

Deadline:Final paper submission latest May 7th, 2018. Feedback latest May 20th, 2018.
Registration:Speakers are free of charge.
