The criminal liability of bodies corporate is a topic which, following the adoption of the new corporate criminal law and, more precisely, the introduction of corporate liability for criminal offences, raises many questions in practice. In particular, questions are raised as to: 1) the elements of corporate criminal liability; and 2) the relationship between individual and corporate criminal liability. The speaker at our fifth Lunch & Learn, Prof. Marianne Johanna Hilf, will take a practice-oriented approach to address all of these issues. This seminar is intended to enable its participants to utilise the information imparted in their day-to-day working life.

Lawyers, trustees, employees of banks, insurance companies and financial service providers, as well as any people interested in specifically gaining an understanding of diverse legal issues.
