In recent years, the Constitutional Court has further developed its case law on fundamental rights. This Jurisdiction Symposium will examine and illustrate practical aspects of this case law, such as the right to be heard, procedural assistance for legal persons and the protection of whistleblowers. In addition, the case law on current legal developments, such as the Court Fees Act, will also be discussed.
It is a very special pleasure and honour for us that University Professor Dr. Peter Bussjäger, Member of the State Court of Justice, University Professor in Innsbruck will give the lecture.

Lawyers, trustees, auditors, legal staff in civil service and in the financial sector as well as any people interested in current case law.
