On 1 January 2014, the completely revised Lawyers Act came into force. This reform also introduced changes to the examination regulations in respect of the bar examination and qualification examination. In view of the complete reform, the Liechtenstein Chamber of Lawyers' Rules of Procedure and Professional Guidelines were also amended.
At this Lunch & Learn, speakers will in particular examine organisational changes, the new professional admission requirements, the changes in the field of legal aid, the amendments made concerning the professional secrecy of lawyers, and new developments and practice in disciplinary law.
Target Audience
Lawyers, trustees, employees in banks, insurance companies and financial service providers, as well as any people interested in specifically gaining an understanding of diverse legal issues.
