US Congressional staff visited the University of Liechtenstein

Five staff members of Democratic and Republican members of the US Senate and the Senior Advisor at the Liechtenstein Embassy in Washington DC, Matthew Keller, visited the University on 22 August 2023 as part of their stay in Liechtenstein.

After a working lunch in the university cafeteria, Rector Christian Frommelt, the Vice-Dean of the Liechtenstein School of Architecture, Assistant Professor Lindsey Howe, and the Head of Communications and Marketing, Carmen Dahl, introduced the university to the interested visitors during a tour of the campus.

The focus was on the exchange about Liechtenstein as an educational location, the range of studies offered by the university and the career opportunities for graduates, as well as the diverse continuing education programmes and their importance for the labour market and Liechtenstein as a business location. The congressmen also showed great interest in the internationality of the students, student life and the numerous leisure opportunities offered by the region.
