At the University of Liechtenstein, June 2013 will be dedicated to sustainable mobility. Under the motto “Go MoMo – mobility month”, a mobility competition is being held from 27 May to 20 June 2013. All students and staff are warmly invited to take part. On 21 June 2013, there will be a barbecue and an awards ceremony to bring the event to a close.
At the University of Liechtenstein, June 2013 will be dedicated to sustainable mobility. Under the motto “Go MoMo – mobility month”, a mobility competition is being held from 27 May to 20 June 2013. All students and staff are warmly invited to take part. On 21 June 2013, there will be a barbecue and an awards ceremony to bring the event to a close.
And this is how it works: find a colleague to form a mobility team, register together using the Web tool www.uni.li/momo and document your journey to the university daily from 27 May to 20 June (please enter the one-way journey only). Teams of car drivers are also welcome.
The competition for teams of two is structured with three prize levels: MoMo Basis, MoMo Go Green and MoMo Healthy. All three MoMo campaigns will be recorded with a single Web application and use a single registration process.*
MoMo Basis
By documenting their daily commute to the University of Liechtenstein during mobility month, all participating teams will be automatically entered for the MoMo Basis competition.
Prizes: there will be a prize draw involving all the participating teams, with three vouchers (for a total of six people) for a congenial and convivial meal with the AG Mobilität team to be won.
MoMo Go Green
For those who make their mobility behaviour as green as possible throughout the month, there are particularly attractive chances to win. All teams of two who commute sustainably by bicycle, on foot, by bus or by carpooling will be entered for the Go Green prize draw. At least 70% of the journeys must be by sustainable means. Participation is in teams of two, although the Go Green partners do not have to travel the same route.
Prizes: six sustainable teams will receive prizes of 2 × CHF 200, 2 × CHF 150, 2 × CHF 100.**
MoMo Healthy
Combining sport with the journey to the university is especially worthwhile, as additional prizes await particularly health-conscious teams. In the MoMo Healthy competition, the sportiest of the Go Green teams will be selected: the longer the distance covered by bicycle or on foot on the way to work, the higher the number of points.
Prizes: the sportiest three teams will receive: 1st prize: CHF 200; 2nd prize: CHF 150; 3rd prize: CHF 100.**
