DOCTORAL DEGREE PROGRAMME BUSINESS LAW
This programme is geared to international standards and criteria. We build our reputation on education through research – and on education in research. Our aim is to develop and promote emerging researchers and lawyers with an ambition and to support them in the respective phase of their career.
At the University of Liechtenstein, lawyers with a relevant Master's degree (or legal equivalent), very good German language skills and excellent records can scientifically investigate subjects within the research focal of the Liechtenstein Business Law School in the field of business law. There are four main research areas to choose from:
- Company, Foundation and Trust Law
- Banking and Financial Market Law
- Business Criminal Law, Compliance and Digitalization
- Tax Law
