The Welcome Desk is your first point of contact for general information and initial enquiries regarding studying at our university. We are happy to assist you directly with your request or connect you with the relevant staff and departments.

Opening Hours

Mon–Thu: 08:30–11:30 / 13:30–16:00
Fri: 08:30–12:30

Reduced hours apply during non-lecture periods. The Reception will be closed at weekends, on non-working days and on public holidays.

Our Services

You will find your digital student ID card on my.uni.li as soon as your tuition fees have been processed.

Study certificates can be printed out via the intranet once the semester fee has been processed.

Special study certificates can be obtained free of charge at the reception. Architecture students are kindly asked to contact the Architecture Team directly regarding this matter.

Books and other learning materials are not ordered through the reception.

These must be ordered or organised by the students themselves or through the lecturers.

Any necessary equipment (projector, notebook, etc.) and/or additional rooms must be reserved in advance and in writing with the responsible person in Student Services.
