The Compliance Day 2024 focuses on current aspects in the field of compliance. The professorships of Company, Foundation and Trust Law as well as Economic Criminal Law, Compliance and Digitalization cordially invite you to join us on May 14, 2024.

The first session in the morning will focus on asset management. Current compliance hotspots and the regulatory regime for asset managers will be discussed. Subsequently, the second session will present developments in corporate law and fiduciary services in the context of compliance. This will include the requirements of complex corporate structures as well as current jurisprudence on duty of care law and fiduciary services.

After the networking lunch, the afternoon of Compliance Day 2024 will address the latest challenges related to digitalization. On the one hand, the EU's DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) will be discussed, and on the other hand, the use of new technologies will be examined. Following that, capital market (criminal) law with a special focus on prospectus (criminal) law will be addressed.

At the conclusion of both the morning and afternoon sessions, participants will have the opportunity to delve deeper into the topics during the panel discussion.

Following this, we invite you to join us for a shared apéritif and exchange of ideas, during which the issues of Compliance Day 2024 can be further explored and discussed in personal conversation.

It would be our great pleasure to welcome you on May 14, 2024, to our Compliance Day 2024, together with distinguished speakers.
