Under the title “Tradition Meets Technology: Overcoming Cultural Tensions in AI Adoption within Lean Quality Management”, the newly appointed Professor of Information Systems & Digital Innovation explored the challenges and opportunities arising from the intersection of traditional lean principles and modern AI technologies.
