- Anna Bachmann is research assistant and PhD Student at the institute of entrepreneurship and leadership at the University of Liechtenstein. She holds a master of science degree in Entrepreneurship and was already a member of the institute in 2014/2015, back than she was student assistant. Within her masters' thesis she investigates the influence of different leadership styles on the performance in architectural offices. After the masters' program she attended a trainee program at thyssenkrupp Steering AG in the eSupply Chain Management department. The focus topic was the controlling and continuous improvement of the global demand planning process. After the trainee program she stayed with the corporation in the position of a global project leader for customer demand management. With her profound experience and her analytical skills, she is able to connect practical requirements with latest scientific findings. The main focus of her research is leadership in the context of entrepreneurship.
