Our clients include insurance and reinsurance companies, national insurance bureaus, guarantee funds, and social insurance providers. With approximately 190 employees across 20 locations, we offer a dynamic and international working environment.

Your Role
As a working student, you will support our team in daily operations and gain valuable insight into an international business environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Written Correspondence: Handle customer emails, respond to enquiries, and forward requests to the appropriate countries or departments
  • Telephone Contact: Assist in communicating with customers, providing updates, and supporting relationship management
  • Customer Service: Support as a contact point for selected partners, ensuring professional and efficient communication
  • Data Management: Record and update customer interactions and agreements in our internal systems
  • Accounting Support: Assist with invoicing tasks for international branches

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled at a university (business, economics, or similar is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Interest in customer service, international business, or insurance-related fields
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
